Incentra Village Hotel (Adults Only) New York

Great Location and wonderful staff! The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty of storage space, great to settle in for our week-long trip. The small outside area in the Garden Room was a nice bonus, providing a cozy spot to relax.

There were a couple of drawbacks to consider. The hotel's heating system seemed to be outdated, resulting in the rooms being either too hot or too cold.

Our room had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and local shops and restaurants. We reminded me of we were experiencing the West Village. Despite a minor issue with the temperature being a bit warm, opening the window solved the problem. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the cozy and well-equipped rooms. I particularly loved the attention to detail, with the small kitchenette and windows overlooking the sidewalk adding a homey touch. The hotel's location was amazing, with quick access to taxis and the subway station, making it easy to explore the city and conveniently travel to the airports.

We loved the Bishop suite with its separate lounge, kitchen, and sleeping area - perfect for a longer stay. The staff were super lovely and helpful, making our experience even better.

I loved the location of this hotel, it was right in the heart of the village with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. It was also very convenient for getting to the airport, with easy access to JFK and LaGuardia. The neighborhood was vibrant and lively, with lots of touristic attractions nearby.

The lack of reception staff available, it was difficult to contact anyone from the hotel when we needed assistance. We only saw someone at check-in and once throughout our entire stay.
